Our mission is to become the AI operating system for Earth Observation, making it possible for governments and enterprises to transform satellite, aerial, and drone imagery into actionable intelligence in minutes instead of months. Today, our platform is already used by state agencies, international organizations, and commercial enterprises across multiple continents. We are a profitable, bootstrapped German startup with a team of 10 people, recurring international revenue, and strong interest from leading European investors. We\u2019ve proven that customers want our product. Now we are looking for the person who will help us scale sales and achieve the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is not a typical sales job<\/strong>. We are not looking for someone who simply responds to emails, gives demos, or waits for instructions. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership. Someone who sees an opportunity and naturally asks: \u201cHow do I move this deal forward?\u201d You will own opportunities from the first customer conversation through qualification, solution design, commercial discussions, and closing. You will work directly with the founders and have immediate access to product and engineering teams whenever deeper technical discussions are needed. You will have a great deal of autonomy and also a great deal of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will become the commercial face of FlyPix AI. Your work will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing the complete enterprise sales cycle from qualification to closing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with high-quality inbound leads from Europe, the US, the Middle East and other regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding customer problems and translating them into compelling commercial solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing proposals according to our platform capabilities and functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading discovery workshops and customer presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiating commercial agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building long-term relationships with enterprise customers and public-sector organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with founders, product, and engineering to continuously improve our go-to-market strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Representing FlyPix AI at selected conferences and international industry events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not a cold-calling role. Most opportunities already come through inbound interest, partnerships, conferences, and our growing market visibility. Your challenge is not generating activity. Your challenge is converting opportunity into revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with curiosity and ownership. You don\u2019t need to be an AI expert. You don\u2019t need a PhD in remote sensing. You do need to enjoy learning complex products and helping customers solve meaningful problems. You will probably enjoy this role if you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>love building relationships with customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enjoy solving commercial problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>naturally take ownership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are highly organized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learn quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate confidently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>like working with technically sophisticated products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t wait to be told what to do. You proactively move things forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent German (essential) and excellent English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly self-driven with strong ownership and execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with enterprise customers is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail: little things matter as they differentiate cool products from ordinary ones. As a tiny attention test, in your application, write that you worked with 42 geospatial products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonus points if you have worked with: AI, Geospatial technologies, Earth Observation, Remote sensing, GIS, Space technology.
