De fato, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos locais mais adequados exige o conhecimento de uma infinidade de caracter\u00edsticas pertinentes ao local em quest\u00e3o. Algumas delas s\u00e3o regulat\u00f3rias: &quot;Estamos suficientemente longe da cidade mais pr\u00f3xima?&quot;, &quot;Qual o grau de prote\u00e7\u00e3o natural recomendado para esta \u00e1rea?&quot;. Outras s\u00e3o pr\u00e1ticas: &quot;O terreno \u00e9 adequado para constru\u00e7\u00e3o?&quot;, &quot;Esta \u00e1rea recebe vento suficiente para tornar uma nova turbina e\u00f3lica lucrativa?&quot;. Responder a esse conjunto de perguntas com precis\u00e3o, conforme recomendado pelas principais partes interessadas, \u00e9 um pr\u00e9-requisito para o sucesso de qualquer grande projeto de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Neste projeto, recorremos \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados clim\u00e1ticos, imagens de observa\u00e7\u00e3o da Terra e regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es para identificar com efici\u00eancia \u00e1reas em Salzburgo que atendiam a um conjunto de crit\u00e9rios predefinidos. Este \u00e9 um exemplo exemplar de como o big data pode ser utilizado em um caso de uso real e fornece insights sobre o n\u00famero de considera\u00e7\u00f5es que precisam ser feitas em cada etapa do processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obten\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturalmente, o primeiro passo para qualquer tarefa que pretenda utilizar conjuntos de dados geoespaciais para responder a uma quest\u00e3o de interesse pr\u00e1tico\/comercial \u00e9 a obten\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados. Como qualquer Cientista de Dados sabe, esta \u00e9 a etapa mais cr\u00edtica: todos os problemas que surgem decorrem, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, das decis\u00f5es\/escolhas tomadas aqui. Uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o particular ao desenvolver uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o comercial \u00e9 que os dados obtidos n\u00e3o sejam apenas precisos, mas tamb\u00e9m, idealmente, certificados pelas autoridades competentes. Um mapa detalhado de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de zoneamento, por exemplo, n\u00e3o tem valor algum se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel certificar que tenha vindo diretamente da autoridade competente. Neste projeto, o Bundesamt f\u00fcr Eich- und Vermessungswesen (Escrit\u00f3rio Federal de Metrologia e Topografia) da \u00c1ustria, bem como o recurso de Dados Governamentais Abertos (OGD) fornecido pelo estado de Salzburgo, serviram como uma excelente base para o desenvolvimento do nosso levantamento pr\u00e1tico de terras de parques e\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aproveitando Insights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como j\u00e1 mencionado, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de locais ideais para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novos parques e\u00f3licos \u00e9 decomposta em uma s\u00e9rie de crit\u00e9rios quantific\u00e1veis que fornecem uma caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o bin\u00e1ria de uma determinada \u00e1rea de interesse (&quot;Apto para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um parque e\u00f3lico&quot;, &quot;N\u00e3o apto para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um parque e\u00f3lico&quot;). Assim, o n\u00e3o cumprimento de qualquer um desses crit\u00e9rios resultaria na desconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea em qualquer an\u00e1lise posterior. O que essa metodologia permite \u00e9 um esquema de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o &quot;r\u00e1pido e f\u00e1cil&quot; para identificar a aptid\u00e3o de uma regi\u00e3o para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um parque e\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do processo descrito acima pode ser dividida da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeiramente, cada crit\u00e9rio foi associado a uma fonte de dados que forneceu informa\u00e7\u00f5es de verdade suficientes para responder a essa pergunta de forma positiva ou negativa. Em seguida, para cada crit\u00e9rio, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de verdade associadas foram processadas para classificar a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada regi\u00e3o de Salzburgo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos crit\u00e9rios em quest\u00e3o. Dessa forma, uma camada vetorial foi gerada para cada crit\u00e9rio, classificando as \u00e1reas de Salzburgo em regi\u00f5es &quot;Adequadas&quot; ou &quot;Inadequadas&quot;. A seguir, analisaremos rapidamente a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de duas dessas camadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas residenciais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos principais crit\u00e9rios a serem seguidos para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo parque e\u00f3lico \u00e9 que ele esteja a uma dist\u00e2ncia adequada das principais \u00e1reas residenciais. O cumprimento desse crit\u00e9rio \u00e9 uma necessidade na maioria das \u00e1reas devido \u00e0 regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o governamental em vigor para lidar com preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 polui\u00e7\u00e3o sonora, ao planejamento urbano e ao impacto visual dessas instala\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso oferece um ponto de partida promissor, mas uma s\u00e9rie de quest\u00f5es ainda precisam ser abordadas para transformar essa entrada na camada de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o bin\u00e1ria apropriada. Ou seja, como se faz uma distin\u00e7\u00e3o significativa entre uma cidade, aparecendo aqui como um aglomerado compacto de pol\u00edgonos, e duas casas isoladas em um campo? Neste caso, recorremos ao algoritmo Density-Based Spatial Clusterring, que fornece uma classifica\u00e7\u00e3o intuitiva baseada na densidade de uma \u00e1rea em &quot;residencial&quot; ou &quot;n\u00e3o residencial&quot; com base na densidade desses pol\u00edgonos estruturais e seu n\u00famero de vizinhos. Dessa forma, podemos obter, por exemplo, a seguinte classifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1063\" height=\"659\" src=\"https:\/\/flypix.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Identifying-Residential-Areas_3.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-177457\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns single_post_columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-ec2e7a44 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identificando Regi\u00f5es de N\u00edvel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro crit\u00e9rio importante para qualquer projeto de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que o terreno tenha a inclina\u00e7\u00e3o adequada. De modo geral, os projetos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o devem ser nivelados para fornecer a funda\u00e7\u00e3o adequada para a estrutura planejada. Acima de um determinado grau de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o, os custos para nivelar a \u00e1rea tornam-se proibitivos demais para que o projeto seja vi\u00e1vel. Felizmente, dados raster de c\u00f3digo aberto capturados a partir de levantamentos realizados com medi\u00e7\u00f5es a laser est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis com resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 5 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste caso, como se trata de dados raster, e n\u00e3o vetoriais, a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o dessa camada em uma m\u00e1scara de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o bin\u00e1ria \u00e9 um pouco mais complexa. Nesse caso, isso foi realizado definindo um \u00e2ngulo limite acima do qual um ponto de interesse foi considerado &quot;muito inclinado&quot;. Consultando os dados raster para todas essas regi\u00f5es, extraindo-as para vetores com o OpenCV e limitando as \u00e1reas extra\u00eddas, chegamos \u00e0 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o desejada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:35px;padding-bottom:0\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"908\" height=\"874\" src=\"https:\/\/flypix.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Identifying-Level-Regions.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-177452\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclus\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s extrair com sucesso uma m\u00e1scara de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o bin\u00e1ria para cada um dos crit\u00e9rios que definem a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma regi\u00e3o para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um parque e\u00f3lico, a soma dos resultados \u00e9 simples: basta combinar todas as m\u00e1scaras de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o em uma. As regi\u00f5es resultantes s\u00e3o as regi\u00f5es \u00f3timas, conforme determinado pelos dados oficiais fornecidos pelo governo estadual de Salzburgo e pelo governo federal da \u00c1ustria.
