We are a profitable, bootstrapped German AI startup with international customers and a growing global market presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now we\u2019re looking for an ambitious intern who wants to learn how a technology company grows across sales, outreach, communication, and go-to-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not an internship where you spend six months watching other people work. You will become part of our commercial team and work on real growth activities from the beginning. You\u2019ll help us identify interesting markets and companies, find and approach potential customers, communicate what FlyPix AI can do, work with inbound opportunities, and help move prospects through our sales pipeline. The role sits at the intersection of <strong>sales, business development, and marketing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One day you might research a new industry and identify companies we should approach. Another day, you might create an outreach campaign, work on messaging, follow up with inbound leads, prepare communication for an event, or join a customer call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will work directly with founders and Head of Sales, who will guide you through the process and help you learn how we approach B2B growth and complex technology sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the right person, this is an opportunity to learn in months what can otherwise take years \u2014 and potentially transition into a full-time role at FlyPix AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your work will span sales, outreach, and growth activities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Researching industries, companies, markets, and potential customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within target organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating personalized outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experimenting with different messages, value propositions, and approaches to understand what resonates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating FlyPix AI&#8217;s capabilities in clear, compelling language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with inbound leads coming through our website, events, partnerships, and market presence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifying opportunities and understanding what potential customers are trying to achieve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joining customer calls, demos, and discovery meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing personalized follow-ups and communication that move conversations forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting campaigns around conferences, webinars, partnerships, product launches, and other commercial initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping create sales and marketing materials such as presentations, customer stories, outreach sequences, and industry-specific messaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Researching competitors, industry developments, and emerging market opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping our CRM and commercial pipeline organized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking outreach and campaign results and learning what works \u2014 and what doesn&#8217;t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with the founder, Head of Sales, product team, and engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you gain experience, you will take ownership of your own initiatives, campaigns, and eventually parts of the sales process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will learn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role is designed for someone who wants to understand how an ambitious B2B technology company actually grows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will learn how to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>identify attractive markets and potential customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>research and approach enterprise organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create outreach that gets responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>develop messaging and positioning for different industries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate a sophisticated AI product simply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>qualify inbound and outbound opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>run effective discovery conversations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understand what customers actually need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicate with business and technical decision-makers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handle objections and difficult sales conversations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create compelling commercial proposals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>measure outreach and improve campaigns based on results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turn market interest into real commercial opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You won&#8217;t learn this from slides or theoretical training. You&#8217;ll learn it by working on real campaigns and real customer opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not looking for someone with years of sales or marketing experience. We are looking for potential. You might be studying business, marketing, economics, engineering, computer science, geospatial sciences, or something completely different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What matters more is that you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are ambitious and want to learn quickly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are a strong communicator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enjoy writing and thinking about how to communicate ideas effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are comfortable reaching out to people you don&#8217;t know<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are curious about technology, AI, and business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>like researching companies, markets, and industries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are organized and reliable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pay attention to details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aren&#8217;t afraid to experiment, fail, and try a different approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are comfortable hearing \u201cno\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>speak fluent German and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attentive to details (as a tiny attention test, in your application, you\u2019ll be asked about the number of geospatial products you worked with. The correct answer is 42.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previous experience with sales, marketing, business development, startups, SaaS, AI, content, social media, GIS, remote sensing, or Earth Observation is a plus but not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This role probably isn&#8217;t for you if&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are looking for an internship where you can stay in the background and wait for someone to give you tasks. We will teach you, support you, and work closely with you. But we expect you to bring energy, curiosity, ideas, and the willingness to act. If an outreach campaign doesn&#8217;t work, we don&#8217;t want someone who simply sends another 500 identical messages.
