FlyPix AI Claims First Place in AI4EO Competition at WMF World Startup Fest 2023

Rimini, Italy – FlyPix AI achieved a remarkable feat at the We Make Future World Startup Fest 2023. The festival, known as the largest digital and social innovation gathering in Southern Europe, attracts visionaries from all corners of the world, fostering the exchange of innovative ideas, and this year’s edition was held in Rimini, Italy.

FlyPix AI took center stage at the event by participating in the AI4EO Call, organized by the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with We Make Future. The AI4EO competition sought applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and data processing in aerospace and Earth Observation (EO) to address pressing global challenges and contribute to the safeguarding of our planet.

FlyPix AI secured the first place in the AI4EO Competition, cementing its position as a leader in the geospatial analytics domain. As a reward, the FlyPix AI team earned a trip to ESA’s Earth Observation Commercialisation Forum in Paris this October, where they will have the privilege of participating in an ideas-pitch session with private investors.
